Nathan Levinson established the Royal York Property Management Foundation to give back to the communities and industries that have enabled his success. As the Founder and CEO of Royal York Property Management, Nathan brings over 15 years of experience in the property management industry.
Nathan founded Royal York Property Management in 2010 and has grown it into Ontario's largest residential property management company, managing over 25,000 properties with assets exceeding $11 billion. The company operates across 40+ locations and serves clients in over 20 languages.
Through the Foundation, Nathan Levinson is committed to creating opportunities for others—particularly those entering the housing and real estate industries. The Foundation reflects the values of hard work, accessibility, and community that have defined Royal York Property Management's success.
