The Entrepreneurial Journey

Nathan Levinson founded Royal York Property Management in 2010 at just 19 years old, driven by a vision to transform the property management industry through innovation, transparency, and exceptional service.

Growing up, Nathan witnessed firsthand the challenges property owners faced in finding reliable management services. This early exposure to real estate, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, led him to create what would become Ontario's largest residential property management company.

Today, under Nathan's leadership, Royal York Property Management manages over $11 billion in assets and more than 25,000 properties across 7 countries—all achieved through bootstrap funding without any outside investment.

2010

Founded Royal York Property Management

At age 19, Nathan launched Royal York Property Management in Toronto, Ontario with a mission to provide transparent, technology-driven property management services.

2015

Expanded Across Canada

Royal York grew to manage properties across multiple Canadian provinces, establishing itself as a national leader in the property management industry.

2019

International Expansion

The company expanded operations to the United States and Europe, bringing its innovative approach to property management to international markets.

Bank of Canada Recognition
